These Terms govern access to TurfIQ's business analytics platform. By using TurfIQ, you agree to these Terms.
1. Platform role
TurfIQ helps turf owners record operational data, review analytics and generate reports. Owners remain responsible for the accuracy of information entered and for business decisions made using the platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Paid access is subject to the plan, trial period, price and billing cycle shown before purchase. Subscription payments are handled by authorized payment providers.
4. Acceptable use
You must use TurfIQ lawfully and must not attempt to access another owner's workspace, disrupt the service or upload harmful or unauthorized content.
5. Your business data
You retain responsibility for the business and customer data you enter. You confirm that you have the authority and any required consent to process that information.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free calculations. Important business decisions should be checked against your source records.
7. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, TurfIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from platform use, unavailable service or inaccurate information supplied by a user.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the appropriate courts in Kerala unless applicable law requires otherwise.
