This policy explains refund and cancellation terms for TurfIQ subscriptions.
1. Trial activation
The 7-day Premium trial requires a one-time ₹5 activation payment. This activation charge is non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of a verified duplicate or incorrect charge.
2. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel future renewal according to the controls and notice period shown in your billing settings. Access continues for any period already paid unless stated otherwise.
3. Refund eligibility
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a paid billing period begins, except where required by law or where a verified billing error occurred.
4. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing generally takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the bank or payment provider.
5. Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact support with your account email and payment reference. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected through the original payment method.
6. How to request help
Email support@turfiq.in with your registered email, payment reference and reason for the request.
